Can you tell me more about the structure of the boot camps?
BodyCore boot camps are arranged in 5-week sessions. Most BodyCore members choose either 5-days a week, 4-days a week, or 3-days a week, but we are flexible and can accommodate most requests. Each class is one hour long.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are generally aerobic-focus days, but often include agility, balance, plyometric, endurance, and core exercises. Tuesdays and Thursdays are generally resistance training days, utilizing light weights and high repetitions, but can also include short bursts of aerobic activity, balance exercises, and core strengthening, always with an emphasis on correct form.

What are the benefits to group classes?
In the supportive atmosphere of a group boot camp, you will push yourself harder than you ever would in a gym. With a dozen people around you doing the same exercises, you will always do a few more reps than you normally would on your own. This increased effort also speeds up results in weight loss and muscle gain. A group experience also provides opportunity for support, new friends, accountability, and friendly competition.
What are the benefits to personal training?
While group training provides the push of the "group mentality," one-on-one training gives you the personal attention and custom workout plan to help you achieve your specific goals.

How do I get started?
Just show up to class. If you register online, then you are ready to go. If you decide to pay by check or cash, then you will still need to fill out the online registration form.
